Welcome to easyinvite.ai. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the easyinvite.ai website and services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

easyinvite.ai lets you create and share digital invitations for personal events (weddings, birthdays, quinceaneras, etc.). Each published invitation costs a one-time flat fee of $10 USD.

2. Your Account

To create an invitation, you must register with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your password with anyone.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload (photos, text, guest names, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it on your published invitation.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you upload and that it does not infringe any third-party copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.

You may not upload content that is:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive
• Abusive, harassing, defamatory, or obscene
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others
• Containing viruses or malicious code
• Promoting hate, violence, or discrimination

We reserve the right to remove any invitation that violates these Terms without notice and without refund.

4. Payment

Each published invitation requires a one-time payment of $10 USD. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card details.

Once an invitation is published, payment is non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

5. Service Availability

We do our best to keep the Service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email or via a notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.

8. Termination

You may delete your account and invitations at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
