1. General Policy

When you purchase an invitation on easyinvite.ai, you pay a one-time flat fee of $10 USD to publish your invitation. The invitation activates immediately after payment, and you get instant access to your custom link.

Because of the instant nature of the product, payments are non-refundable once the invitation is published, except in the cases described below.

2. When We Do Offer Refunds

We will refund your purchase in these cases:

• Unresolved technical issues: if your invitation does not work correctly and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (generally 48 hours), we will offer a full refund.
• Duplicate charge: if you were charged more than once for the same invitation due to a technical error.
• Unauthorized transaction: if your card was charged without your permission (you must provide reasonable evidence).

3. When We Do Not Offer Refunds

• Change of mind after publishing the invitation
• Event cancelled or rescheduled for personal reasons
• Errors in the invitation content you entered (you can edit your invitation at any time)
• Dissatisfaction with the theme design (you can change the theme at any time)
• Requests made more than 30 days after purchase

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you meet the criteria above, email us at sales@easyinvite.ai with:

• Your account email address
• Your invitation link
• A description of the problem
• Screenshots if possible

We will review your request within 3 business days and respond by email. If we approve the refund, it will be processed within 5-10 business days back to your original card.

5. Disputes with Your Bank (Chargebacks)

If you have a problem with your purchase, please contact us first before disputing the charge with your bank. This lets us resolve it faster. Unjustified disputes may result in suspension of your account.
