• Technical data: IP address, browser type, and site usage data (cookies)

• To provide the Service (create and display your invitation)
• To process payments through Stripe
• To send transactional emails (payment confirmation, RSVP notifications)
• To improve the Service and prevent fraud/abuse
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your information with advertisers or use it for off-site advertising.

3. Who We Share Data With

We only share data with providers we need to operate:

• Stripe (payment processing) – stripe.com/privacy
• Hostinger (website hosting) – based in EU/US
• Cloudflare (anti-bot CAPTCHA protection)

We may also share data if required by law (court order, subpoena, etc.).

4. Cookies

We use technical cookies to keep your session logged in and remember your language preference. We do not use advertising tracking cookies.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the data we have about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your account and all your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to processing in certain cases

We keep your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your invitation or account, we delete associated data within 90 days, except where law requires us to retain it (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes).

We use HTTPS encryption for all connections. Passwords are stored with bcrypt hashing. Payments are processed through Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1 certified).

While we take reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure. If you discover a vulnerability, email us at sales@easyinvite.ai.

8. International Transfers

We operate from the United States. If you visit us from outside the US, your data will be transferred to the US for processing.

9. Minors

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact us to remove it.
